Northern State Pkwy East to Sunken Meadow Parkway North (Exit 45) to Route 25E/Jericho Turnpike East (Exit SM3E) toward Smithtown Take Jericho Turnpike (1.4 miles) to Winston Drive, Make Right on Winston. Make 1st Left on Churchill to #44 on Right.
